Work Orders
Once you've successfully signed into Inspeckta mobile, you'll find yourself on the home screen.

Here's a breakdown of the key features and options available to you:

Sign Out:
To sign out of your account, click the three dots located in the top left-hand corner and select the "Sign Out" option.

Search Work Orders:
To search for specific work orders, click the magnifying glass icon located in the top right-hand corner.
This allows you to easily find and access specific work orders based on your search criteria. -
Preferences:
To update your profile, manage data usage, or adjust display preferences, click on the "Preferences" option located in the bottom right-hand corner.
This gives you control over your personal settings within the app. -
Create a New Work Order:
To create a new work order, click the blue "+" button.
You can create work orders even without an internet connection, ensuring you can capture essential information anytime, anywhere.
5. Work Order Index:
Once you've successfully created work orders, they will populate your home screen, forming an index of work orders. This index provides a quick overview of the existing work orders you've created.

6. Work Order Instances:
Clicking on a specific work order from the index will display a new index of instances for that particular work order. Instances represent individual completed instances of the work order.

7. Work Order Details:
Clicking into a specific instance of the work order will provide more detailed information, allowing you to review and access specific data related to that instance.

At the bottom of the screen for work order instances, you'll find different options represented by icons:

Work Order Summary (Lightbulb icon):
Displays a summary of the work order details.

Work Order Team (Users icon):
Lists team members associated with the work order.

Work Order Signatures (Pen icon):
Allows you to add signatures related to the work order.
Click the blue "+" button to add a signature, sign within the provided area, enter your name and designation, and save the signature.


Enter your Name.

Enter your Designation. Then Click Save.

Added Signatures will be listed, creating an index of added signatures as seen below.

Work Order Tools (Spanner icon):
Provides options to update the status of the work order.
Click "Mark as Complete" to mark the work order as Completed, or click "Mark as In Progress" to indicate that the work order is currently In Progress.



The status of work orders is indicated by different icons:
- a green circle with a check for completed work orders,
- a grey circle outline for work orders that haven't started,
- and a loading circle for work orders in progress.
These features and options help you manage and track your work orders efficiently, ensuring smooth workflow and clear visibility of progress.
