Create a Work Order for Efficient Task Management.

Creating a new Work Order in Inspeckta mobile is a seamless process that allows you to effectively manage and prioritize tasks.

Work orders can be created with or without an internet connection.

Follow these steps to create a Work Order with ease:

1. Customer and Location:
   • Select a Customer from the dropdown list of customers you have already created. This links the Work Order to the relevant customer.
   • Choose the Location of the customer from the dropdown list, specifically selecting the location associated with this particular customer.

     This ensures accurate assignment of the task.

2. Team and Reference:
• Select a Team from the dropdown list of Teams you have created. This assigns the Work Order to a specific team responsible for its execution.
• Enter a unique Reference for the Work Order. This reference will help you easily identify and track the task.
3. Classification and Priority:
   • Select a Work Order Classification from the dropdown list of Classifications you have created.

     This categorizes the Work Order according to your predefined categories, allowing for efficient organization and filtering.

   • Choose the Priority of the Work Order from options such as High, Medium, or Low. This helps prioritize tasks and allocate resources accordingly.
4. Scheduling:
   • Select a Start Date from the calendar, indicating when the work on the order should commence.
   • Choose an End Date from the calendar, specifying the deadline for completing the work.
5. Brief:
   • Write up a Brief containing all the necessary information required for the team to successfully complete the Work Order.

     Include details such as instructions, specifications, and any other relevant information to ensure a smooth workflow.
